Hope you saved some of those character points, because now we need to buy skills. Each skill is based off of one of your basic attributes(this basic attribute will be noted on the skill in the
Skill List). The cost of a skill depends on two things: The difficulty of the skill, and the final skill level you wish to attain. You will need to use the table below to calculate the cost of the skills you want.

Seems confusing I know, here is an example, hope its helpfull.
If i want my character with a DX of 12 to have the skill Driving, I see on the
Skill List that Driving is a DX based skill with an average difficulty. I want my Driving skill level to be 14 so I will have a 90.7% success rate. I go to the row Attribute+2 then over to Average to see that that skill costs me 8 character points.
